Welcome to SandGate, a subsidiary of Aeosys Corp. Before using our Applications (“Application”), please carefully read these Terms of Service (“Terms”). By accessing or using our Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Application.

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application.
  • You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Unauthorized use of the Application, including but not limited to unauthorized access to our systems, is prohibited.

  1. Subscriptions and Payments
  • Some features of the Application may require a subscription or one-time payment.
  • All payments and subscriptions are processed through third party providers or through our verified payment providers, and their terms and conditions may apply.
 
  1. Refund Policy
  • Refund requests can be made in writing.
  • SandGate will consider refunds in cases of technical issues that prevent the use of the Application, provided that all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue have been made.
  • All refund decisions will be made at the discretion of SandGate in compliance with the laws of The United States and the state of Wyoming. 
 
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • SandGate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from using the Application is limited to the amount you paid for the Application in the last six months.
 
  1. Termination
  • SandGate reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application without notice if you breach these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to access the Application will cease immediately.
 
  1. Changes to Terms
  • SandGate reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
  • We will notify you of significant changes, and your continued use of the Application after such changes will constitute acceptance.
 
  1. Governing Law
  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The United States of America.
